Choice Hotels International's Sleep Inn brand has debuted its new next-generation Scenic Dreams prototype, with four new Sleep Inn & Suites properties opening in Tennessee, Nevada and Pennsylvania.
The new look combines "nature-inspired modern aesthetics, operational efficiency and a deeper commitment to guest wellbeing," the ever-expanding hotel giant said Monday.
Signature elements that guests can look forward to include regionally inspired murals, relaxing color palettes and plenty of natural light.
According to Choice Hotels, properties that have undergone the renovations are seeing a RevPAR premium of +1.71 and reporting a boost in guest satisfaction, finishing 2025 with an average LTR of 8.36, a 0.25‑point increase year over year.
